Le parquet en chêne a été nettoyé et ravivé.

Les fissures au plafond ont été réparées, enduites et poncées avant la peinture de ce dernier.

Les peintures des huisseries, des radiateurs et des murs ont également été refaites.

Le carrelage de la cuisine a été supprimé, les murs ont été remis en état avant d'être mis en peinture.
